基于机器视觉技术的棒材自动计数分离系统

为解决棒材生产中人工计数这一问题,开发应用了基于机器视觉技术的棒材自动计数分离系统。该系统包括两个子系统,即自动计数系统和自动分离系统,自动计数系统采用非接触式机器视觉技术和计算机比较控制技术,完美地实现了高精度计数的目的,自动分离系统由精密机械分离装置、液压装置、链轮传动装置及计算机控制系统组成,能精确分离任意设定支数的棒材。实践证明该系统实现了棒材生产负偏差轧制,提高了生产自动化水平,具有在国内同类生产线上进行推广应用的价值。
