摘    要:通过对比分析国内高线粗中轧轧机的工作特点,优化了轧机的选型,通过国内粗中轧主减速机使用工况的考察,完善了主减速机的结构及重要参数,不仅为安钢高线粗中轧主机列的可靠运行奠定了基础,而且为轧钢工艺水平的进一步发挥创造了条件。

Abstract:According to compare and analyse working charactaristic of country rougher and middle of high speed wire rod mill,optimize selection,and investige working condition of the main reducer of rougher and middle mill,the structure and main parameter of the main reducer is consummated. It is not only established a credible base for rougher and middle of high speed wire rod mill,but also created a powerful condition for farther development of steel making technics.
