摘    要:加强国有企业干部管理,是深化国有企业改革的需要,是发展社会主义市场经济的需要,也是实践"三个代表"重要思想的需要。必须努力完善监督约束机制,坚持党管干部的原则,把好干部选拔任用关,抓好领导班子建设,把"三个代表"落实到实处,建设一支高素质的国企干部队伍。

Abstract:Strengthening cadre management of state-owned enterprise is the requirement to deepen reform of the state-owned enterprise, to develop socialist market, and to practice the important thought of "Three Represents" theory. State-owned enterprise must perfect supervision and restraint mechanism with great efforts, insist the principle that Party is in charge of cadre, guarantee quality of cadre to be appointed, construct leading group, implement "Three Represents" and build high quality cadres troops of state-owned enterprise.
