摘    要:TRIZ,即发明问题解决理论。阐述了产品技术进化的趋势及预测方法,以数字印刷机的热发泡式喷墨头为例,以两种特殊专利在S曲线中的分布情况预测产品的成熟度并构建进化树,并对喷墨头的发展进行了预测。指出:发泡式喷墨头日趋完善,各项技术的发展都较为均衡,性能水平逐渐达到最佳,利润最大并有下降趋势,创新方式以持续性创新和破坏性创新为主。

Abstract:TRIZ namely is Theory of Inventive Problems Solving.This paper mainly elaborates the product technical prediction and forecasting methods,takes the thermal ink-jet head for instance,predicts product technology maturity and builds evolution tree,then forecasts the development of thermal ink-jet head.It shows that the thermal ink-jet head is maturing,the development of technologies are more balanced,the product has the limited performance,maximum profit and a downward trend,the ways of innovation are mainly sustaining innovation and disruptive innovation.
