粗轧机接轴平衡装置油膜轴承的故障分析与对策

摘    要:针对唐山钢铁股份有限公司第一钢轧厂1700mm 热轧生产线粗轧机接轴平衡装置油膜轴承发生轴瓦烧坏的故障,分析了动压油膜轴承的结构特点和故障原因,通过在上下轴瓦与轴承座结合面上增开一个周向油槽,新装两个下轴瓦温度传感器,适当加大销轴直径后,及时解决了该故障。

Abstract:To often burning of bush of oil film bearing of spindle balance device of roughing mill of 1700mm hot strip rolling line of Tangshan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,the structural features and failure causes of oil film bearing were analyzed.At last,the problem was resolved by slotting a circumference oil trough at joint surface of bush and bearing box and adding two temperature sensors at bottom bush.
