一种新型网络视频监控系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对传统视频监控系统运算量大、实时性差的缺点,提出采用嵌入式H.264视频压缩技术设计的网络视频监控系统.以TI的高性能双核数字多媒体处理器TMS320DM6467和嵌入式Linux操作系统为平台,利用DaVinci技术研究了H.264压缩算法,基于硬件平台,对改进的H.264视频压缩算法进行验证,设计了网络视频监控系统的硬件平台,分析了改进前后的H.264对图像压缩情况.结果表明,经过改进的H.264压缩算法可以在编码质量和编码效率基本不受影响的前提下减少系统的运算量,使编码速度提高大约30%,改善了视频监控系统传输的实时性.

Abstract:Because the traditional vedio monitoring system has the weaknesses of a large amount of computation and poor real-time performance,an embedded H.264 monitoring system is presented.With TMS 320DM6467 and the embedded linux operation system as the platform,H.264 compress algorithm is studied by using Davinci technology.Based on the hardware platform,the improved H.264 compress algorithm is verified,and the network video monitoring system hardware platform is designed.The compressed images by the traditional and improved H.264 compress algorithms are analyzed.The results indicate that the improved algorithm can decrease the amounts of computation and increase the encoding speed by 30% with satisfactory encoding quality and efficiency,thus improving the real time transmission of the video monitoring system.
