| 摘 要： | 传统施工方式以资源大量消耗为前提,忽视对社会和环境的影响.绿色施工综合考虑环境保护、能源节约和资源利用,是发展资源节约型和环境友好型的施工模式,他兼顾经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的统一,是现阶段施工模式发展的方向.以绿色施工对用户有效用、社会有效益和企业利润最大为约束,构建了绿色施工总收益最大化多目标规划模型,并通过实例说明模型的实际应用价值,协调了经济效益和社会效益之间的关系,为建筑施工企业决策提供了依据.

| Abstract: | The traditional construction neglects resource saving and environmental protection,seeking the fundamental objectives of schedule,quality and cost.The paper analyzes the characteristics and attribute of green construction.As a resource-saving and environmentally friendly mode,green construction pays great attention to environmental protection,energy conservation and resource utilization,taking economic,social and environmental benefits into account.The multi-objective programming model of green construction is established based on the affectivity of users,benefits of community and profits of corporates.A practical example reflects its practical values of coordinating the economic and social benefits and providing the basis for business decisions. |
