摘    要:为解决液压液润滑性评定的试验周期长、费用大的问题,根据泵台架试验装置中柱塞泵的结构尺寸参数、液压液的物性参数以及操作参数之间的关系,推导并建立了用表观油膜厚度法评定低粘度液压液的润滑性的方法,并用该方法和油泵的台架试验法同时评定了国内外3种低粘度的5/95高水基液压液的润滑性。试验结果表明,两种方法的评定结果一致,但表观油膜厚度法较油泵的台架试验法能节约大量的评定时间和费用,可开发成为一种很有用的低粘度液压液的润滑性评定方法。

Abstract:Considering the inter-relationship of piston-pump structural parameters, the physical properties of the hydraulic fluid and the operational parameters in the test procedure, a new method for lubricating performance evaluation of low viscosity hydraulic fluid, namely apparent oil-film thickness method, was deduced and established. Three 5/95 high water-based hydraulic fluids, including two products from China and one from the US, were evaluated by the new method and by the conventional pump bench test method, respectively. The results produced by the two methods were consistent with each other, and the new method remarkably shortened the testing time period and lowered the expense of the pump bench test. The new method is useful for lubricating performance evaluation of low viscosity hydraulic fluids.
