管状换热器计算机辅助设计系统的研制

摘    要:管状换热器广泛应用于冶金、化工、机械、建材等企业的余热回收,但其设计过程相当烦琐、费时,而且容易出错.使用标准面向对象语言UML进行软件建模,为软件开发顺利完成提供必要的理论基础,为了便于实现面向对象技术,运用Visual Studio6.0及AutoCAD 2000等软件来研制管状换热器计算机辅助设计系统,使用者只需输入几个参数,系统便能自动完成从设计计算到绘图的全过程,大大提高了设计速度.该系统操作简单,通用性好,界面友好,实用性强.

Abstract:In metallurgy, chemistry, machinery and architecture to recycle remaining heat. However, the process of its design is makes mistakes. The author uses the standard object oriented enterprise etc, tubular recuperator is abroad used not only very dull and taken time, but also often language UML to model software. This provides indispensable foundation of software development theory. In order to implement object oriented technology conveniently, the Visual Studio 6.0, AutoCAD 2000 and other softwares are applied to develop tubular recuperator computer aided design system. A designer only needs to input some relevant parameters and the system can automatically complete the whole process from the design and calculation to the design drawings,so it can improve the efficiency of design. The system is very easy to operate,adaptable, a user-friendly interface and can be conveniently used in practical design work.
