坪北特低渗透油田整体压裂工艺技术研究

摘    要:针对坪北油田低孔、低压、特低渗、低含油饱和度的岩性油藏特点,通过压裂工艺技术与油藏工程的结合,开展了整体压裂技术研究。根据储层地应力大小和方向确定开发井网,并依据井网及储层特点,对水力裂缝、裂缝导流能力、施工参数进行优化设计,对压裂方式、加砂程序进行优选,实现了水力裂缝系统与开发井网的优化匹配。经过八年的开发实践证明应用整体压裂技术可以提高油田总体开发效益,为坪北特低渗油田的正常开发提供技术支持和保证。

Abstract:In view of Pingbei oilfield has the characteristics of low porosity, low pressure, ultralow permeability and low oil saturation, the integral fracturing technique was performed by combining of fracturing technique with reservoir engineering technology. The development well pattern was determined according to the reservoir earth stress and orientation, and the hydraulic fracture, fracture conductivity, operating parameter, fracturing method and sand sequence were optimized according to the well pattern and reservoir features. Thus the optimum matching for hydraulic fracture system and development well pattern was realized. Through development practice in 8 years, results have proved the integral fracturing technology can increase overall development benefit of the oilfield and provide technical support and guarantee for normal development ultralow permeability reservoir in Pingbei oilfield.
