云南电网吸纳大容量风电的若干问题

摘    要:介绍了云南省风电资源开发现状,针对云南电网及风电资源所具有的特点,分析了大容量风电并网后对云南电网的影响,提出了应对措施。指出研发和选用低成本的,具有自主知识产权的,具备低电压穿越能力的风发电机和无功补偿装置将为风电场提供技术保障;电网应适当超前发展,主动适应大容量风电的并网要求。

Abstract:The status quo of wind resource development in Yunnan province is introduced. In accordance with the features of Yunnan Power Grid and wind resource, the impact of integration for large scale wind power on Yunnan Power Grid is analyzed and the countermeasure is proposed. It is pointed out that technical support can be supplied for wind farms by developing and selecting wind turbine and reactive power compensation device with low cost indigenous intellectual property rights and low voltage ride through capability, and the power grid should ensure moderate leading development, in order to actively meet the demand of grid interconnection of large scale wind power.
