摘    要:开发出一种能够实现立卧转换的3-TPS(RRR)型混联机床新构型。该机床在动平台与基座之间附加一个平行约束机构,可以限制平台的部分自由度,使动平台只能作三个方向的平移和一个派生的转动。着重对该机订泊平行约束机构进行运动学分析,得出了它的位置,速度,加速度以及雅可比矩阵的计算公式,并进行了仿真计算,为机床的结构设计和动力学计算奠定了基础。

Abstract:A kind of new structured 3-TPS(RRR) hybrid machine tool that could achieve vertical-horizontal transformation was developed. There is a parallel restrictive mechanism attached between moving platform and pedestal of this machine tool which could restrict partial degree of freedom of the platform and make the platform could only doing translation in three directions and a derived rotation. A kinematical analysis was carried out emphatically on the parallel mechanism of this machine tool and obtained its position, velocity, acceleration and the computation formulae of Jacobian matrix. A simulative computation was carried out, thus laid a foundation for the structural design and kinematical calculation of the machine tool.
