机械设备故障诊断的复杂性理论

摘    要:提出从复杂大系统理论出发,借助于复杂性理论的基本数学工具(如分形,混沌,神经网络等非线性动力学方法),研究和分析机械设备中的故障现象,建立故障分析与模拟,反演与预测的综合集成方法,构造机构设备故障诊断的复杂性理论框架。

Abstract:Based on complexity system theory, fault diagnosis for mechanical equipment was investigated by using the basic mathematical tools of complexity theory such as fractal, chaos and neural networks. Complexity theory frame of fault diagnosis for mechanical equipment was presented. The synthesizing and integrating method of fault analysis simulation and recurring prediction was also analyzed.
