| 摘 要： | 生产技术的迅速变化以及工业生产活动的国际化改变着对工程师的要求，从而也改变了对工程师教育的要求。有关企业经济的种种知识、对市场方面的种种考虑、在国际环境中的动作能力以及对各种方法和系统的掌握都是那种富有成果的职业生涯的必要条件。如今，接受高等技术教育的年轻人面临着着具有挑战性的任务，他们不必为今后的就业而担忧。

| Abstract: | Rapid change of technology and internationalization of industrial activitieschange the expectations towards engineers and therefore their education. The preconditions ofa successful professional career are business knowledge, market-related thinking, ability tomove within the international environment, and competence of methods and systems. Youngpeople who are now taking on a study of technology face challenging tasks, and they don't haveto worry about their employment. |
