| 摘 要： | 陕西秦岭水泥公司2000t/d窑外分解窑生产线选用MDX-1060型多通道荧光光谱分析仪，对生料，熟料中的化学成分进行分析，检测，多种检测试验及实际分析应用证明，其检测准确度高，与化学分析法测试结果的误差值均在化学法的允许之内，且检测速度快，从样品处理到检测结果仅需15min，文章还详细介绍了该分析仪的使用方法，分析步骤及确保检测准确性的维护和操作经验。

| Abstract: | Shanxi Qinling Cement Company uses MDX-1060 multi-channel X-ray spectrofluorimetry to analyze and detect chemical composition of the raw meal and clinker of 2 000 t/d NSP production line. All kinds of the detected and analyzed has proved that the analyzer has high accuracy with the error within the allowable range compared with the result of chemical analysis method, what's more, it is so quick that it only takes just 15 min. to get result starting from sample preparation. The paper details the operation way and procedure, and maintenance and experiences to ensure the detect accuracy. |
