热熔浸铝换热器在余热回用防腐工艺中的应用

在热力设备余热回用工艺中，基于耐压、耐温等因素大多采用普通钢制换热器，通过结构上的强化换热设计，满足工艺设计要求。在大多数工业场所，换热器需在含有腐蚀性介质的环境中使用，因此，如何解决换热器的防腐问题关系到设备的使用寿命和经济性。对热熔浸铝换热器技术性能特点进行了剖析，介绍一种制作换热器的技术，既满足了工艺设计上对压力、温度的要求，又便于在结构上实施强化换热，且具有防腐性能。在炼油厂及石油钻井余热回用换热中用热熔浸铝换热器替代钢制换热器，达到了高效换热和防腐耐蚀的效果，解决了余热回用防腐工艺的难题。

Application of Hot-dipped Aluminum Heat Exchanger in Anti-corrosion Process for Waste Heat Recovery

In consideration of pressure - resistance and temperature - resistance factors, steel heat exchangers have been widely applied in the thermal equipment of heat recovery process to meet the process design requirements through structure design of reinforced heat exchangers. For most of commercial applications, the heat exchangers have to be operated under corrosive conditions. Therefore, how to solve the corrosion problem of the exchanger determines the service life and economy of the equipment. Through detailed analysis of the technical characteristics and performances of the hot - dipped aluminum coated heat exchangers, a heat exchanger manufacturing technology is introduced, which not only can satisfy the requirements of pressure and temperature in process design but also can easily realize reinforced heat exchanging in the structure and corrosion prevention. When hot- dipped aluminum coated heat exchangers were installed to replace steel heat exchangers in waste heat recovery in petroleum refineries and oil well drilling, high heat exchange efficiency and sound anti - corrosion result have been achieved, and the difficulty in corrosion prevention in waste heat recovery has been successfully tackled.
