微生物固定化制氢技术的研究现状与展望

摘    要:简述了生物制氢方法和制氢微生物,总结了固定化微生物制氢技术的优点和研究现状。分析了固定化纯菌种制氢与固定化混合菌种制氢的优缺点,叙述了固定化制氢的材质及生物反应器对制氢的影响。此外,也讨论了固定化微生物制氢技术存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Biological hydrogen production and hydrogen-producing microorganism were described briefly. The advantages and present situation of hydrogen production by immobilized microorganism technology were summarized. The merits and demerits of hydrogen production by immobilized pure bacterium and mixed bacteria were ana- lyzed and the effects of materials and bioreactors on hydrogen production by immobilized microorganisms were pres- ented. The existing problems and the future directions of research for hydrogen production by immobilized microorganisms were also discussed.
