绿色开采的矿产资源价值

矿产资源的开发利用具有正、负价值的两面性，损害的环境价值往往被忽视在论述了矿产资源环境价值、自然价值和矿业经济增长的价值特征、构成及变化的基础上，构建了矿产资源开发利用系统的社会经济环境综合价值，依据综合价值的变化特征定义了可持续发展型矿区、萎缩型矿区以及滞长型矿区，认为绿色开采的终极目标是建立生态矿区和实现矿区可持续发展。

The exploitation and use of mineral resources possess two effects: the positive value and the negative one.And its destructive impacts on environment have been generally ignored; On the basis of discussing on the environmental value, natural value of mineral resources, and value characters and constitution the growth of mineral economy, the society-economy and environment comprehensive value for mineral resources exploitation was set up. The definitions of developing, shrinking and stagnated diggings were proposed according to the change of the comprehensive value. We think that the aim of green mining is to realize a continuance of development and to set up the ecological mining area.
