国内外风电持续迅猛发展

摘    要:国外统计数据表明,近几年世界风电持续高速发展。据国内统计数据,我国2006年、2007年风电装机容量连续两年翻番。我国内资风电设备制造企业已形成3个梯队,2007年我国内资风电设备制造企业所占市场份额首次超过外资企业。介绍了我国风能资源的最新评估,在假设条件下,全国陆上风能可开发资源量为8×10^8kW,近海为1.5×10^8kw:陆上和近海合计可提供风电电量约为2×10^12kW·h。预计我国风电装机容量2010年和2020年只有分别达到2000×10^4kW和1×10^8kw时才能实现非水电可再生能源发电量的强制性市场份额目标。

Abstract:Statistics abroad show that world's wind power has been developing at a high speed steadily,and according to domestic statistics,China's wind power installed capacity in 2006 and 2007 has doubled for two consecutive years.The domestic-invested wind power installation manufacturers in China have formed three echelons ,and their market share has exceeded that of the foreign-invested manufacturers in 2007 for the first time.The paper introduces the recent assessment for China's wind energy resources under the hypothesis that China's land and paralic wind energy recoverable resources volume reach 8×10^8kW and 1.5×10^8kW respectively,and the total wind electric power production available from land and paralic areas amounts to 2× 10^12kW·h.It is forecasted that even if China's wind power installed capacity in 2010 and 2020 amounts to 2000×10^4kW and 1 ×10^8kW respectively,non-water power recoverable energy electric production can achieve the mandatory goal of market share.
