大学发展中的开放与封闭:系统论的视角

作为自组织系统的大学只有在开放与封闭间保持适度的张力，才能源源不断地从外界环境中获取所需的物质、能量和信息，维护自身结构的独立性和完整性，并在与环境的交互作用中维持生存，实现发展。大学边界对于大学的生存与发展是至关重要的，而大学边界的守护，关键在于实现相对开放与适度封闭的辩证统一。

"Opening" and "Closing" in the Development of University: on the View of System

As a self-organized system, university should keep moderate strain between opening and closing, so it could not only constantly obtain substance, energy and information from the outside environment, so keep itself autocephaly and integrity, but also maintain survival and development between the mutual action with environment. University boundary does matter for the surviving and development of university. The key joint of university boundary is to realize the consolidation of opening relatively and closing moderately.
