循环水处理运行方案优化

摘    要:通过对水处理方案的优化,提高循环水浓缩倍数,可以达到节水降本的目的。关键是要解决高浓缩倍数下的缓蚀、阻垢和微生物抑制的问题,特别是系统出现泄漏时的平稳控制问题,从而保证生产装置水冷换热器的高效、长周期运行。

Abstract:Optimization the treatment scheme of cooling water system and rising the concentration degree saves water consumption and decreases the treatment cost. It is important to solve the problems of corrosion, fouling and microbe in higher concentration degree to ensure that cooling device is operated with higher efficiency and longer period.
