纳米TiO2光催化剂的制备及其活性研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2光催化剂,通过XRD表征产物的晶相结构。在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验法对影响催化剂活性的条件进行了优化研究,结果表明,在焙烧温度600 ℃ 、焙烧时间2.5 h和V(醋酸)∶V(水)=1∶1.67条件下,催化剂活性最大,对次甲基蓝的降解率可以达到85.4%。

Abstract:Nanoparticle titania powder was prepared by sol-gel method and characterized by X-ray diffration(XRD). Optimum preparation condition for nanoparticle titania was studied by orthogonal test. The results showed that optimum activity was attained under calcination temperature 600 ℃, calcination time 2.5 h and acetic acid/water volume ratio of 1∶1.67, with methine blue degradation of 85.4%.
