摘    要:电离辐射旁效应是近年来辐射防护领域关注的研究热点。本文主要介绍了早期的文献资料、近期的研究进展,以及效应产生的模式和机制等,对其中几个比较关心的问题进行了初步探讨。最后讨论了电离辐射旁效应对放射治疗和辐射危险评价等的潜在意义。

Abstract:Radiation-induced bystander effects are the subject of intense investigation in radiation protection.This paper reviews the history of bystander effects in the earlier literature,introduces the progress made in recent years,and then explores the model and mechanism underlying the induction.Some interested issues on radiation protection are also discussed.Finally,the possible impact of data concerning radiation-induced bystander effects on radiotherapy and radiation protection is discussed.
