摘    要:高频变压器是电力电子变压器的核心组成部分,担负着功率传输、电压变换和电气隔离等功能。针对当前高频变压器选型所存在的问题,提出了一种应用于电力电子变压器中高频变压器的设计方法。基于纳米晶软磁材料的高磁导性能,选择新型铁基纳米晶作为其铁芯材料,考虑电力电子变压器中移相全桥DC/DC变换器存在副边占空比丢失的问题,将面积乘积(AP)法与移相全桥DC/DC变换器的理论相结合,计算了高频变压器的变比和原副边绕组等参数。通过对高频变压器铁损、交流电阻、绕组温升和绝缘强度的测试和分析,结果满足设计要求,验证了设计方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:High Frequency Transformer (HFT), whose main function is power transmission, voltage conversion and electrical isolation, is one of the most important components in Power Electronic Transformer (PET). According to the type-choosing issue of HFT, a design method for HFT applied in PET is given; Considering the high magnetism conductance of nanocrystalline soft magnetic material, a new type of iron-based nanocrystalline is chosen as the core of HFT in this paper. Aiming to the duty ratio loss phenomenon of Phase-shift full bridge DC/DC converter, both the product of area method and the theory of Phase-shift full bridge DC/DC converter are combined to design the HFT; the ratio of HFT is calculated as well as the primary and secondary winding of HFT are programmed. At last, the core loss, alternating-current resistance, winding temperature rise and dielectric strength of HFT are tested and analyzed. It has been shown by the experiments that the design method is effective and feasible.
