| 摘 要： | 建立现代大学制度,是新世纪摆在我国高校面前的宏伟目标和历史使命。高校内部管理体制与机制的创新和变革,是建立现代大学制度所不可或缺的重要组成部分。本文拟从分析“院为实体”改革的内涵出发,进而剖析了深化改革的现实性和紧迫性以及现实条件,并对其进行了构想,以期能够推进我国现代大学制度建设,形成具有中国特色的、适应市场经济需求的新的办学体制。

| Abstract: | Establishing modern university system is a long-range goal and a historical task , which universities in our country are confronting in the new century. The innovation and change of management system and mechanism inside the universities are indispensable to construct modern university system. Firstly, this thesis expatiate the meaning of "college as a entity". Then, the writer analyze the reality and pressure and practical conditions of this reformation. In the end, the writer design this reformation in order to boost the Construction of modern university system and construct the new management system , fitting the requirement of market economy and having Chinese feature in the meanwhile. |
