摘    要:工程机械及履带式车辆所行驶的路面多数为非人工路面,基于公路路面的路面谱测量方法不再适用,因此描述与分析了履带车辆通过碎石路面的特点及采用直接在第一轮轴上安装加速度传感器进行测试的方法.并在理论上分析对采集的加速度信号进行处理的原理方法,以功率谱密度作桥梁,把实测路面对车辆的加速度激励信号转化为时间域上的反应谱,再通过车速信号,获得特殊路面的空间谱并计算给出谱的有关特征值.最后,对获得的谱与国家标准路面谱进行了对比.

Abstract:The road of engineering mechanism and tracked vehicle going through is the special no-artificially road.The method of measuring road spectrum based on highway is no longer applicable.The paper describes and analyzes the characteristics of gravel road.By the way of assembly sensors on tracked vehicle's first wheel axes,acceleration signal excitation were measured and sampled.The smooth of road were reflected by the acceleration of road-wheel axes.By the way of spectrum transform and velocity of vehicle,road spectrum in space field was obtained.And the spectrum density values of multi-frequency's center frequency were given through the form of table.Finally,the special spectrum was contrasted with national standard's highway spectrum.
