| 摘 要： | 随着地理信息系统的日益发展,其应用范围在不断扩大,遍布商业、军事等领域,人们期待能够随时随地享受到地理信息系统带来的便捷。而低端手机在内存、存储设备、CPU的有限性极大的限制了移动GIS的发展。本文针对这种情况提出用SVG Tiny规范进行电子地图的编码,并设计实现了一个移动GIS手机客户端。

| Abstract: | With the development of the Geographic Information System,it is used in financial,military and so on.People hope can easily use GIS at anytime anywhere.But because of the Limitation in low-end cellular phone's memory,storage device,CPU,the development of mobile GIS was slowed down.To this issue this paper provides a method to use SVG Tiny to express electronic map,then design and implement a test Mobile GIS cellar phone client application. |
