摘    要:采用混凝沉淀/膜处理组合工艺处理蓄电池生产废水,处理量为5.0m3/h,进水pH值为2~4,总铅为10mg/L,总镉为5mg/L。运行结果表明,混凝沉淀工艺可有效去除废水中的重金属离子,再结合膜处理工艺可确保处理出水总铅浓度为0.1~0.3mg/L,总镉浓度为0.01~0.02mg/L,出水进入清水池贮存并回用于生产(回用率70%),排放水质均达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的一级标准。半年多的实际运行结果表明,采用该组合工艺处理蓄电池生产废水,效果稳定、耐负荷冲击性强,具有广阔的工业应用前景。

Abstract:The combined process of coagulation sedimentation and membrane technology was used to treat wastewater from storage battery production. The treatment capacity was 5.0 m~3/h, and the pH, total Pb and total Cd in the influent were 2 to 4, 10 mg/L and 5 mg/L respectively. The operation results show that the coagulation sedimentation process can effectively remove heavy metal ions from wastewater, and after membrane treatment, the total Pb and the total Cd concentrations are 0. 1 to 0.3 mg/L and 0.01 to 0.02 mg/L respectively. The treated effluent enters the clear wells for storage and is reused for the production process, with the reuse rate of above 70%. The effluent indexes meet the first class discharge standard in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996). The practical operation results for half year show that the combined process has wide industrial application prospect due to its stable treatment efficiency and stronger resistance to shock loading in treatment of wastewater from storage battery production.
