摘    要:本文使用有限元方法模拟了三种碳/玻璃编织状混杂复合材料层合板的破坏过程,三种层合板有相同的碳纤维和玻璃纤维的体积比和重量比。层数比相同铺层次序不同,假设碳纤维层首先破坏,计算了破坏处周围的最大拉伸应力、拉伸应变和层间剪切应力,从应力、应变分析和能量分析的观点探讨了铺层次序对于混杂复合材料破坏过程的影响,结果表明:铺层次序影响着脱层破坏的出现,三种分析方法可以得到一致的结论,并与试样断口分析的结果相吻合。

Abstract:Based on a previous paper by Li, Ruiz and Harding 1], the author uses the finite-ele- ment method to simulate the failure process of woven carbon / glass hybrid laminate under constant load and constant displacement. Three kinds of woven carbon/glass hybrid laminates are used. They have the same overall proportion of carbon to glass. The number of plies are the same but the stacking sequences are diferent. On the assmption that the first failure ocurs in a carbon ply under tensile loading, the maximum tensile stress, the maximum tensile strain and the maximum interlaminar shear stress around a failure link are calculated. It is assumed that either all three carbon plies fail or delamination occurs immediately after the initial failure of one carbon ply. The author uses the stress analysis, strain analysis and the energy analysis methods to determine the failure process, which in- cludes initial failure of one carbon ply and then delamination or failure of all three carbon plies. Criterion formula, believed to be proposed for the first time, is given for the failure model whose failure occurs immediately after initial failure. Then, the effect of stacking sequence on the failure process of hybrid composite laminates under quasi-static loading and impact loading is investigated. The results reveal that stacking sequence affects the appearance or non-appearance of delamination and thus affects the failure process. The best stacking sequence which reduces the tensile stress con- centration fact around failure link by approximately 10-20% is then obtained. The author's theoretical results agree well with the results of analysis of fracture ap- pearance of specimen tested by Saka and Harding 4].
