摘    要:分析了弧光短路故障产生的原因和危害。介绍了现有中低压母线故障保护方案及存在的问题。提出了一种基于32位高性能DSP+ARM9双核处理器OMAP—L138的新型电弧光保护装置,采用双重化采样和互校技术,检测电弧光,并结合基于工频变化量原理的电流判据,使装置能可靠、迅速动作,且对电力一次设备无特殊要求,适应于各种运行方式,是发电厂、变电站、工业和商业配电系统中低压母线保护比较理想的解决方案。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the causes and harm of arc short circuit fault, and then introduced the existing medium and low voltage fault protection schemes and the existing problems. A new design of arc protection relay based on dual-core processor was put forward. The TI 32-bit high performance DSP + ARM9 dual-core processor OMAP-L138 is used in this design, the double sampling and mutual correction technology are adopted, and the arc detection and the current criterion based on power frequency variation principle are applied. And it has the advantages such as reliable and fast action, no special requirements on power primary equipment, adapted to the various operation mode. It is an ideal solution of medium and low voltage busbar protection of power plants, substations,industrial and commercial power distribution system.
