丙烯二聚合成4-甲基戊烯-1的催化剂研究

摘    要:合成 4 甲基戊烯 1所用催化剂的活性组分为金属钠、钾 ,对催化剂的制备过程和催化剂性能评价装置要求非常苛刻。分别考察了载体组成、金属钠钾比例及负载量、合成的工艺条件对反应的影响。结果表明 ,在K2 CO3 载体中加入石墨 ,催化性能有明显提高 ,金属载持量以 5 %~ 10 %为宜 ,其中以钠钾合金效果较好 ,负载金属时的适宜温度为 35 0℃ ,适宜搅拌速度为 2 30r/min。

Abstract:Metallic sodium and potassium were used as the active constituents in the title catalyst, and the conditions demanded for preparation of catalyst and catalytic properties evaluation apparatus are critical. The effects of composition of the supported, proportion and amount of sodium and potassium and reaction conditions were examined. The results showed that the activity of catalyst was improved through adding graphite into potassium carbonate, the supporting amount of metallic Na and K was 5%10% (mass fraction) of the supporter, the supportion temperature was 350 ℃, and the stirring velocity was 230 r/min.
