金属管道“导磁屏蔽罩”消磁焊接技术

摘    要:在工程施工中,金属管道焊接时电流形成剩磁场以及受外界电磁场的影响等原因,常产生偏磁,造成焊接电弧偏吹现象,影响焊接质量,不能正常施焊。通过分析焊口磁偏吹产生的原因,经过反复试验和验证,研究出"导磁屏蔽罩"消磁技术,能够有效地消除金属管道焊接过程中的电弧磁偏吹影响,经实践证明,此技术简便、易行、快捷、有效。
