重整再生循环压缩机连接螺栓失效分析

某厂重整装置催化剂再生循环气压缩机中体与接筒连接螺栓在机组投用3个月即发生断裂,通过检查发现压缩机中体与接筒的接合面存在间隙,对断裂螺栓进行失效分析,发现螺栓存在内部缺陷,在非对称载荷的作用下,发生类似脆性断裂的强制断裂,文章分析了断裂螺栓的原因、提出了解决方法,并建议设备制造厂、用户在制造、安装和使用中注意。
