| 摘 要： | 东部涂装车间B线自投产以来,磷化系统就存在很多问题,严重影响了电泳漆膜的质量,增加了打磨成本。对该磷化系统的5个项目改造进行了介绍,分析如何提升磷化膜质量,优化磷化系统运行过程。

| Abstract: | From the beginning of production,many problems have been existed in the phosphating system of the east painting shop B line,which have a strong impact on the quality of electrophoretic film,and lead to increase of sanding cost.Five item improvement for this phosphating system were introduced,and how to improve phosphating film quality or optimize operating process of phosphating system were analyzed. |
