摘    要:甲醇装置合成系统的4台中间换热器,尺寸大、重量重,制作主材为15CrMo,设备管口采用15CrMo锻件加工而成,管道材料为P11,管口和管道对接的焊接面用镍基合金堆焊,牌号为NiCrFe-3。管口与管道的焊接相当于P11管道和NiCrFe-3设备管口对接,即为厚壁异种钢的焊接,且此种焊接可借鉴的经验少。对于这种特殊焊接,必须根据各项材料的成分、机械性能,选择适宜的焊接材料,制定科学的焊接工艺,采取相应的焊接措施并在焊后严格检测,以保证焊接质量。本装置中这种成功焊接为同类材料的焊接积累了宝贵经验。

Abstract:The four intermediate heat exchangers in methanol synthesis plant are large in size and heavy in weight.Their main bodies are made of 15CrMo;the nozzles of these equipments are processed by 15CrMo wrought steels and the pipe material is P11.The welding surface between the nozzle and the pipe is welded by built-up welding procedure with nickel-base alloy and the trademark is NiCrFe-3.The welding between the pipe and the nozzle is quite the same as the welding of nozzle butt seam between P11 and NiCrFe-3,that...
