第三代百万核电AP1000汽轮机低压模块数值分析

摘    要:采用全三维非线性热固耦合和流固耦合仿真技术,分析了第三代百万核电机组低压模块在运行工况时各部件的应力、位移以及螺栓载荷等参数。重点探讨低压模块的刚度和汽密性的设计问题。解决了以往我国汽轮机机组(如亚临界、超临界600MW机组)设计低压模块时无法综合考虑的众多影响汽密性的问题,如:低压静止各部件刚度、变形和温度引起的热变形以及连接螺栓合理分布等,避免了机组(如超临界600MW机组)低压模块动静碰磨和漏汽严重等事故的发生,极大提高了机组的燃煤效率。

Abstract:The 3D non-linear thermal structure interaction and fluid-structure interaction simulation technique are applied to analyze the stress,displacement and bolt strength of the LP block for the 3rd 1000MW nuclear steam turbines.The key issue is discussed on stiffness and tightness design of the LP block.The tough problems which affect seal characteristic in designing LP module of sub-critical and supercritical 600MW unit,such as static stiffness of the various components,deformation and thermal deformation due ...
