摘    要:针对当前汽轮机检修对节能降耗的要求比以往任何时候都高这一现状,通过阐述汽缸变形的原因,提出机组在检修过程中如何准确掌握汽缸变形对通流间隙调整的影响,然后给出间隙调整的具体步骤以确保通流部分的检修质量,从而给电厂的检修提出指导性意见。

Abstract:As energy saving and consumption reduction requirements are higher than ever on the current turbine overhauling,the subject of the paper is how to determine casing deformation effect in overhauling through clarifying the causes of the casing deformation,and how to give the specific steps for clearance adjustment to ensure the overhauled quality of flow passage for the power plant.
