| 摘 要： | 介绍了2台材质为14Cr1MoR、规格为9 800mm×37 001mm×(30/32/34/38/42)mm的焦炭塔裙座产生贯穿性裂纹的情况。对裙座进行了受力分析,找出了产生裂纹的原因,制定了相关的返修方案,并提出了焦炭塔生产操作的注意事项及裙座结构优化和改进措施。

| Abstract: | This article specifically introduces the penetrating crack of two coke drums which are made of 14Cr1MoR with a diameter of 9.8 meter,height of 37.001 meter and thickness of 30/32/34/38/42 millimeter.According to the operating condition of the coke drums,the article makes a stress analysis on the coke drum skirt,puts forward the causes for the crack and works out the relevant repair scheme.It also brings forward points for attention in production operation based on the production process of the coke tower in... |
