摘    要:通过不同生产线之间喷涂参数的对比分析,对汽车自动化喷涂生产线的喷涂程序进行优化。经过对喷涂距离等参数进行调整,提高了涂料利用率,并达到了节约生产成本和减少环境污染的目的。

Abstract:Through comparative analysis of the spraying parameters among different production line,the spraying procedure of automatic spraying production line for automobile was optimized.By adjusting parameters of spraying distance etc.,the utilization efficiency of coatings was increased,and the purposes of saving production cost and reducing environmental pollution were reached.
