反动加冲动式设计在单缸IGCC机组中的应用分析

摘    要:在汽轮机设计领域内首次提出了在单缸汽轮机结构中同时采用反动式与冲动式设计相结合的全新设计理念,应用该理念成功实现了IGCC单缸100 MW等级、三压再热联合循环汽轮机的设计开发,解决了该等级联合循环汽轮机组的传统的冲动设计转子刚度不足问题与传统的反动式设计转子推力自平衡难的问题。反动加冲动式设计方法与传统方法相比,显著提升了单缸联合循环汽轮机组的单机功率。

Abstract:In this paper,the new design concept for reaction and impulsion is presented at first time,and it has been successfully applied in the design of IGCC single-cylinder triple-pressure reheat steam turbine.This new combination design solves two traditional difficulties,one of which is the insufficient rigidity in impulsion rotor design,and another is hard to get the self-balance for the reaction rotor thrust.
