摘    要:通过分析带式烧结机台车执行牵引装置的星轮和台车的力学关系,建立了台车无叠肩起拱的力学模型,提出了无叠肩起拱带式烧结机的力控制方法。在对台车执行牵引装置进行力学计算和运动仿真的基础上,得到了新型60m^2带式烧结机的力控制阈值和力控制曲线。该新型烧结机生产线的现场试验表明,所建立的力学模型正确,计算和仿真可靠,提出的力控制方法能有效地解决台车的叠肩起拱问题。

Abstract:By analyzing the mechanics relation between the sprocket wheel and the pallets of the pallet draught device in a sintering machine, the non-arching mechanics model of the pallets was established and the force control method for the non-arching sintering machine was put forward. Based on the mechanics calculation and motion simulation of the pallet draught device, the force control threshold value and the force control curve of a new type 60m^2 sintering machine were obtained. The field experiment in the production line of this new type sintering machine indicates that the mechanics model is correct, that the calculation and the simulation are reliable and that the arching defect is eliminated effectively by using the force control method.
