| 摘 要： | 本文在基于客户满意度理论以及对学生满意度现状研究的基础上,结合本校大学生的特点,利用目前应用相对比较广泛且比较完善的结构方程模型构建了大学生满意度的模型,并且对模型进行了进一步的研究和分析得出就业方面是学生比较关心的一个因素。

| Abstract: | Based on the customer satisfaction theory, the researches on the current situation of the satisfaction of students in colleges and universities and the features of the students in Shandong Institute of Business and Technolo- gy, this essay introduces the satisfaction model for students in colleges and universities constructed with the help of the structural equation model. After further research and analysis of the model, a conclusion is drawn that employ- ment is the students＇ top concern. |
