| 摘 要： | 对建筑节能的特征及其发展形势进行分析,对国家有关节能的政策、法律、法规和规范进行了筒单介绍,并且对如何把握建筑节能管理的关键环节提出了一些具体办法.有助于工程监理人员综合掌握建筑节能体系,使工程监理人员在建筑节能工作中能有效协调有关方面的关系,通过监理行为达到推广节能技术,落实节能标准的目标.
