摘    要:文章对鱼腥草中总黄酮提取工艺进行研究,筛选出较好的提取方法,然后用AB-8大孔檐脂作为分离材料对甜茶中总黄酮进行分离,并对大孔树脂分离总黄酮的工艺参数进行了优化,包括洗脱剂的选择、洗脱浓度的选择、洗脱速度的选择、洗脱曲线的考察、树脂重复使用次数进行考察。

Abstract:The extract technology of total flavonoid in horttuyia cordala thumb were studied.A good method was obtainef;Then AB-8 macroreticular was used as adsorptive resins to separate total flavonoid in horttuyia cordala thumb.The optimum craft parameters of using macroreticular adsorptive resins separating total flavonoid: Including washing concentration,washing rate,through washing curve,the resin can use times repeatedly.
