| 摘 要： | 在能源日益紧缺的今天，生态节能的住宅是新农村建设的主要趋势．通过对东北农村住宅现状的调研，笔者根据生命周期的设计理念，提出面向生命周期的农村节能住宅的设计原则，从而，满足可持续发展要求．

| Abstract: | Facing to the condition that energy is lacking day by day, it is the main trend for ＂New Rural＂ to build ecological and energy-saved houses. Through the investigation of the rural houses in the north-east area of China, this paper, based on the design ideas on Life Cycle Assessment, puts forward fundamental design prin- ciples oriented to Whole Life Cycle for rural houses in order to make it meet the need of sustainable development. |
