| 摘 要： | 提出了应用虚拟仪器进行压缩机振动测试的新方法,利用虚拟仪器软件开发平台LabVIEW及相关硬件产品,组建了压缩机振动测试分析系统,并完成对一螺杆压缩机振动信号的采集、分析处理以及实时监控,从而证实了本系统的准确性和实用性。

| Abstract: | This paper presents a new method about compressor vibration measurement based on virtual instrument. A system for compressor vibration measurement and analysis is developed based on LabVIEW. Proper hardware is configured and graphic program is made. Vibration signals from a screw compressor are acquired. analyzed and continuously monitored by the system, consequently the veracity and practicability of the system is proved. |
