直接补偿算法及其应用

摘    要:为研究有效消除伺服系统间隙非线性引起的极限环的方法,设计制作了一套含有间隙前后位置检测功能的专用数字伺服系统,利用该系统对直接补偿算法进行实验研究。实验结果证明,直接补偿算法能消除极限环,直接补偿算法配合精度补偿可以消除间隙非线性引起的极限环并提高系统精度。

Abstract:To research the method effectively eliminating the limit cycle caused by the backlash characteristics of the servo system,a digital servo system,including the position measuring unit before and after the clearance,is designed to test method of the direct compensation.The experimental results show that the direct compensation can eliminate the limit cycle,and improve the precision of the system combine precision compensation.
