摘    要:介绍了采用渣铁同出、液态精炼渣返炉冶炼钒铁的工艺试验情况。结果表明 ,该工艺在技术上可行、工艺上合理 ,克服了我国电硅热法生产钒铁中原固态粉状精炼渣返炉冶炼所存在的弊端 ,不仅改善了电硅热法冶炼钒铁的技术经济指标 ,而且减轻了其对环境的污染 ,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益

Abstract:Experimental status of smelting ferrovanadium with concurrent tapping of slag and iron and liquid refining slag returned is introduced.The result shows that this process was feasible in technology and reasonable in process, the defeats in smelting ferrovanadium with former solid powder refining slag returned furnace were overcome in silicothermic process in China ,not only its technical economic indexes were improved but also its environmental pollution was reduced and economic and social benefit were very well.
