原料粒度对铝热法生产高钒铁的影响

摘    要:分析了原料粒度对上部点火锅热法生产高钒铁在炉况、钒回收率等生产指标上的影响,并指出了原料的合适粒度范围。生产实践证明,原料粒度增大,异常炉况率上升,各项技术经济指标恶化。合适的片钒粒度为(30~55)mm x(30~ 55)mm x 2mm,铝粒合适粒度为 4~8mm,石灰粒度为0~3mm。

Abstract:The effect of material sizes to furnace operation conditions and production Vanadium recovery etc. with alumino-thermic process are analysed, and the appropriate material size ranges are also pointed out. Appropriate leafy vanadium size range is between (30 ~ 55 )mm x (30 ~ 55 )mm x 2mm, the aluminium shot is between 4 ~ 8mm and the lime is between 0 ~ 3mm.
