摘    要:以高碳帘线钢和弹簧钢SUP7为例,分析了钢液残铝含量对脱氧产物组成的影响和硅铁的铝含量对脱氧合金化后钢液残铝含量的影响,指出进一步降低硅铁铝含量的必要性。

Abstract:As examples of high carbon tire coil steel and spring steel SUP7, it analyses the effect of surviving Al content in molten steel on the composition of oxide-type inclusion, and the effect of Al content in FeSi on the content of surviving Al in molten steel after deoxidation and alloying, and points out that it is necessary to further lower Al content in Fest.
